We are a non profit organization .We supply all the things it takes to keep the association up and running. The biggest expense is the pool. we spend about 8000.00 to just keep it runnig.We also have leaks in the pool that we can not find the leak. This year we lost the couple that was maintaning the pool area and we need to try and cut the cost. WE are going to Take bids on taking care of the pool area. There are a lot of new people that seem like they would like to help us improve the area.if you want to help please let us know,There are a lot of things to be done to improve on what we have.The roads arond the pond are in terrible shape and in real need for improvement.The clubhouse is in bad shape,windows are rotting away. the roof has to be relaced this year. The blinds are completly falling apart and need to be replaced.The carpet is completly gone.It needs to be painted on the inside and the ext doors are also in bad shape.There are alot of people that refuse to pay there dues in the past and present.This year the board is going after them. I personaly do not feel that it is right that some of us are willing to pay them and some peaple think that they are to good to pay their dues. If we start to collect from them all we can make the repairs we need without having to raise the dues. We have not had an increase since The 90,s.We would like to keep it that way. If you know of any of the peaple that refuse to pay them let us know.We know that times are hard but thes people can afford it they just refuse to pay.
